The Burrow Armor Set can be found 2-2. Enter the tunnels before the Flamelurker boss room and make your way to the first large cavern with the lava slug. In the far corner of this room there is a corpse hanging from the ceiling. Loot the corpse to obtain the Burrowers Set.
